The hotel itself has potential, but my stay woudl ve been a dream if they actually honored my early check-in request. To top it off, I endured a coffee-stained wall and a random staff member barging into my room. I almost considered a good review, but I just couldn't. This place needs improvement!

Many bugs flied into my room and it took more than an hour asking someone to just came here and had a look! Obviously insufficient/un-motivated staff, very very very long waiting time for staff to solve problems. Hardware of rooms are just fair, does not worth 4 stars, just 3 stars in my opinion.

Modern and beautiful place, I truly enjoyed nice personnel.
The hotel's location was unbeatable, so close to a bus stop, and the city/ places to eat. Besides, Denninger Anger was 3 km away from the property...
